ProFlex is a mobile personal training service, we bring the gym to you. Our trainers set up professional equipment at your home, office, or preferred location, and deliver customized, high-energy sessions designed around your goals.

Do I need to provide any equipment?
Nope! We bring all the equipment needed for a professional workout space. You just need a little bit of space and the commitment to show up.

Where do you train clients?
Anywhere that’s convenient for you: at home, in your garage, at a park, etc. ProFlex is built on flexibility, so we adapt to your schedule and location.

How long are training sessions?
Each session lasts 45 minutes. That includes warm-up, structured training, and a cool-down to maximize results and minimize injury.

What kind of training do you offer?
We tailor programs to your goals: strength training, fat loss, conditioning, mobility, or overall fitness. Options include personal sessions, couples training, and group workouts.

Do you provide nutrition support?
Yes. We offer personalized nutrition guides, plus ongoing check-ins with your trainer for accountability, feedback, and adjustments to your plan as you progress.

How do memberships and payments work?
We offer membership options - personal, couples, or group on a 12 month minimum contract. Sessions are billed monthly, and recurring payments can be set up for your convenience.
